Zoja Kukic is actively working within the tech and startup ecosystem for almost a decade. She is the co-founder of Startit, a European regional network organization helping startup companies in the high-tech sector move from the early business stages to more mature company arrangements.
Beside co-founding Startit, Zoja was also an instrumental leader in establishing a private non-profit think-tank called the Digital Serbia Initiative and was appointed Program Director for the startup ecosystem.
Zoja works together with entrepreneurs, investors, startup support organizations and bluechip corporations to strengthen national and international partners including such as Google and Apple. Throughout her career, she has helped more than 50 startup companies and is part of Google's Launchpad Mentorship Network.
Zoja has a Bachelor's and Master's degree from the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade. She is active in empowering women in the high-tech and business sector in Europe. She also works in a leadership capacity with SheRocksGlobal, a global community of women entrepreneurs who develop and support woman leaders in business. Zoja is also the recipient of the US Department of State's Global Women Economic Multipliers program, where she remains an active alumnus.
